Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and shipped promptly. Please note that orders placed after 1 pm EST on Fridays will be processed on Mondays, and we don't ship on holidays or weekends.

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes 4 - 7 days, depending on the shipping carrier and option chosen. Please consider expedited shipping for specific delivery dates.

Your USPS or UPS tracking code may take up to 48 hours to activate. If there are any issues with your order's arrival, please get in touch with us within seven days of the expected delivery date based on the tracking information.

For international orders, be aware of potential import taxes and customs fees upon arrival, which the recipient is responsible for. Unfortunately, we can't predict these charges as they vary by country.
